  Now Alan lets not beat about the bush, because although you are the Government Minister for the Home Office, I firmly believe that you have arranged for whatever reason to bring both Professor Hall and myself all the way down to Whitehall for a Joke! A very sick joke at that!

  Why were we lead to believe that there was going to be a high powered meeting at the Home Office today, which Professor Hall and myself had to attend, and also why was Professor Hall informed that certain other people would be here at the same time, which could help show which way the Government was hoping things would go!

  As far as Professor Hall and Myself are concerned, there has not been any Meetings which we had to attend, the Meeting we have actually walked into, was a complete Circus Act and totally false! A put on show but for what purpose?

  You have totally wasted everyone's time and also stopped work from going ahead, and inconvenienced an awful lot of people! I would love to know what was the purpose of all this play acting! Just make sure you take on board the fact that none of you will ever win a BAFTA Award! I actually kept expecting Brian Rix to come into the Meeting! If you really think about the meeting it was not even like a Whitehall Farce, it was just a complete shambles!

  All I will say Professor Hall, is if they are sane I am just glad I am stupid! Just what was all that fuss about!

  They were treating us as if we did not know anything about what was going on down here, and then when those two clowns came in from The United States, I nearly choked myself on my coffee!

  Whether they were actually accentuating their speech for affect who knows! but they really wasted that Meeting. I just had to say something about the importance of our Meeting and that I feared some people were not actually taking this matter seriously.

  I am not seeing REDS UNDER THE BED but why were they not aware that you and I are on the top Grade just the same as the Prime Minister? It was because they made a mess about that point, that I could not trust them not to be crooks, so I just played false for all we were worth!

  There is something not quite right here Prof. that was why I had to make up the fact that we had an urgent meeting in the Home Office. You mean I am not due to meet with Alan now?

  Well we will meet with him because I sent a text to is secretary whilst I kept looking down when I was sat at the side of you, when they all started to argue with those idiots from the States!

  I had to make sure we got out of that room before things could turn nasty, and I do not mean for us, but I do mean with them. I am not confident in that they were who they said they were. What did you make of the set up?

  Let me just say Millie, that this is the first time I have attended a meeting when I put my hand in my pocket and kept it there, yes I noticed you suddenly put your right hand in the jacket pocket, I presumed you had taken hold of it? As you know Millie I have a gun, perfectly legal, again as you know, and you know why I had been told to keep it with me. Today was the first time I have ever felt I might just need it!

  Yes, the same as me, but I keep mine in my inside pocket and one in the top of the trousers as I have a special outside pocket there just for the guns! Did you say Guns,Millie. Yes they have always given me two just in case! If some one stole yours in the hope that would stop us from doing something! So you must have got the same vibes as me sat in there! The people who attended the meeting today are total sham they are not the people we expected to be sat with!

  It was a good job they think I am thick, because first I conveniently splashed coffee over the table, and then I lost something under the table, you know Prof. you could have done something as well, you left all the play acting to me!

  Yes because I did not trust them not to pull something while you were acting about! Whilst I was looking on the floor I noticed that someone had lost their mini recording device on the floor, conveniently by your right foot!

  You never left it behind Millie, surely you acquired it, shall we say! Of course I did! it is in your pocket with the Gun, it can't be because I never felt it go in, of course not why would you!

  Are you telling me that you can acquire something from my pocket and I would not know, yes because guess who taught me that trick ! Also the same as when I put something back into the pocket! You must admit Prof. in spite of the fact you always think I am totally thick, you have taught me well!

  Now come on march ahead, we have a very important meeting with both Alan from the Home Office and the Prime Minister to inform them both that they have spies within their own Departments, paid for by the United States of America.

  They certainly will not like to be told that by me! I will suggest Prof. that no further meetings can be attended due to the slack security which appears to be operating within the Government Buildings at this time!

  Do you agree with that Prof. You see if I say it,they do not listen to me as they think I am stupid, but the penny will drop after I have told all!

  Especially when you pull the recording device out of your pocket; just remember even if they plead with you, do not leave it with this lot because they will only loose it! We need it back in our Department, then Paddy can get it up and running and we can hear what they have recorded if anything!

  I shall make sure that I inform them that this is not the first time we have have had to inform them that the Government has been infiltrated by Spies of one kind or another. Remember MI6 and MI5 were involved in a mess which we had unravelled, and the members of those Government Departments were accepting massive backhanders from the Mafia! Do you know Millie I had forgotten for the moment about that!

  Not only were the members of the Departments accepting the backhanders, but also the Management, and that had been going on for years!

  Professor Hall, we are wrong in thinking someone was recording the Meeting, I think the person who had this device was not recording at the Meeting at all, this machine functions as a phone and he was talking down his sleeve and speaking to his colleagues via this machine!

  This surely means that he breached all the Security Systems within Whitehall, for the Government Buildings and especially the Prime Ministers Offices and MI5 and MI6 are heavily secure or they were! So either someone turned the security off! Or someone allowed certain things to happen!

  Once again this does not make any sense to me, because if there is a fault within the security machinery, then all the bells would be ringing and the alarms would be blasting out! All we had was deathly silence!

  I must be wrong in thinking that he breached three separate security systems; there must be some other simple explanation for this! Although at the moment I cannot think of anything to calm my thinking!

  Millie you are certainly not wrong on this occasion, as I saw him speaking when his mouth was near to his sleeve, I was watching him and he certainly was moving his lips. At the time I wondered about what he was doing, then put it down to the fact that he was repeating what the Prime Minister was saying to us all.

  Professor Hall, you have just hit it on the head! That is exactly what he was doing! For some reason this person was informing a third party exactly what the Prime Minister was saying at this top security meeting!

  What is alarming is the fact that at no point could this person have gone via security checks because the security alarms would have been triggered by the device I have! If you think about it he would or should have gone via three separate security checks before crossing the hall to that particular room in which our Meeting was being held!

  This means to me Professor Hall, that the Head of Security here in Whitehall knew what this chap was going to be doing and all security
checks were not operating! This again makes sense because I thought we would have to explain about our Guns showing up on the radar but none them did; because we were not checked over by anyone!

  Someone in the Security Management Team is allowing Spies into the inner sanctums of the British Government. These Spies for want of a name have been given Passes which are at the highest level for this to have taken place.

  What we need to do now is to find out why this was allowed to take place, and more importantly for what purpose! How do you mean what purpose, Millie, we know what the purpose was Millie, he was relating the Prime Ministers speech back to the main Boss of his outfit!

  No you are totally wrong in assuming that Prof. There is something of major importance attached to this infringement of all security rules! Something major they need to steal from our Government!

  Had it taken place at the Security Planning Meeting scheduled for next Thursday, it still would be violating all security measures but you would know why they were doing such a thing!

  The more I think about it, the more I think it is still entwined within the Cash backhanders which were still being received in the MI5 and MI6 Department by certain members of staff up to a month ago! If you remember Professor Hall three members of the Management Team were removed from the Department!

  Yes I certainly do remember that Millie, but the backhanders came from the Mafia! Yes I know that, but it still could be operating within these Halls again! I feel we are on a roundabout with the Mafia and the people employed in Government!

  We have a few more Bad Apples within this particular section and we need to make sure that the whole of the Scum is cleared away for good this time! Which I suppose really means there will be a few deaths involved this time around!

  Professor Hall I am sure you agree with me that until we can have a totally secure Department for our MI5 and MI6, we shall always have leaks going out to our enemies! It appears at the moment that we have more leaks than that Site of the Old Bomb Factory up on the West Coast of Cumberland! What is more the information being leaked to all and sundry is far more crucial for the safety of our Government and certain members of the Government within the Ministerial Offices!

  This could split Whitehall in two if all of the extremely sensitive information was ever leaked to a Government in say Eastern Europe or the African States!

  The awful point being that it must be something very complicated and highly secret that they are trying to cover up!

  There was one chap in that room that I thought I recognised, but he was speaking as if he was from the United States of America, but there was two of them speaking with an American Accent but only one I recognised and the last time he was at one of the Meetings he spoke with a typical “plum” in his mouth! He is no more a Yank than I am!

  I really do believe that something very strange is being carried out but I cannot think what it can be at this second, but I will find out for you Prof, and hopefully very soon!

  Millie you must go very carefully with this latest problem we seem to have! If I am correct in thinking along the lines of Mafia yet again, plus infiltration by people unknown attending Top Secret Meetings. There would appear to be a team of blackmailers afoot somewhere in this mess, but again I think they are an offshoot not the main problem!

  I have decided Prof. that we can no longer attend any of the meetings down South from now on, we will attend Meetings via the telephone,video even Skype. Meetings at Westminster for the time being are stopped, they are far too dangerous!

  Professor Hall, now what have I done or not done Millie? Do you know if Salisbury Plain is being looked after for the Men as it should be, and also Porton Down, because if they ever got inside Porton Down then we might as well say we were done for and might as well just go home to die!

  If the Black Suits arrive tomorrow, remember lock your room door and if you have a meeting with them you must have it in my room, we have plenty of people in and out of my room, also Paddy will keep coming down and making sure everything is OK!

  I will let them know what is happening, and tell them what we all have to do, Bill is also around and the Technical staff and all our own Elective Students!

  The Main Rule from now on is if one of us is going out of the building, the other must go along as well. Also I know it is not a normal thing to do but have your Gun handy. I shall certainly have my two on board,ready for action, and if anything looked to be taking place I would certainly not hesitate to shoot!

  The only point I have come up with so far Prof. Is if the Porton Down Site is the Target for these people, Millie what on earth made you come up with that, I certainly hope I am wrong, but the look on your face tells me you know something I have not been told!

  Well when that chap was talking into his sleeve he kept saying “Porton” at first I thought he was shortening the word Important, but the more I think about this whole acting business; I am convinced that we should look around Porton Down and also Salisbury Plain!

  How can we do that without certain people objecting? Absolute rubbish. My Pass and your Pass does not run out until 2022, also we both have the highest clearance although it must be two years since I last paid a visit! When did you go down, oh yes I know when you went, you took that Dr. from India with you and every time the Secret work was mentioned and even showed to you; they threw a cover over this poor chap's head so that he could not see what you and I were being shown! Once again just like a Whitehall Farce!

  Do you know I had totally forgotten that, but your wrong it was not a thin cover, it was in fact a small carpet! They wanted to make sure he never saw our Tanks moving on the ground nor any of the Guns the Men were carrying and trying out on the range! Completely and utterly stupid!

  I do not believe it is anything to do with the Tanks or Guns! Professor Hall I firmly believe this whole “set-up” was done in relation to something involving Porton Down, in fact something to do with Chemical and Biological Warfare I would say!

  I am certain we have hit it head on, that is what is going on! This all goes back to the Old Bomb Factory in Cumberland and the change of a Management Team yet again. The United Kingdom Government has actually just cancelled a contract they had with a Management Team which was looking after the Site up on the West Coast of Cumberland and the new management Team which was appointed two weeks ago are now on the Site in the hope that they can really clean the Site.

  I have to say it is a bit of forlorn hope because the radiation leaks up at the Site have been going on for such a long time! The buildings are in a shocking state, really not fit for purpose these days! I would say they have certainly not been fit for purpose for many years!

  Whether the Government had to pay a large fee to the Firm who has just left the Site who knows; but they are certainly paying a large amount of monies to the Company who have just taken over the management of the Site!

  I only hope this lot stay longer on the Site than the company who have just left! There is a tremendous amount of work needed on Site, and the buildings are shall we say not fit for purpose, and it certainly looks as if they have not been fit for purpose for quite sometime!

  This means that the Government have been paying out Millions to certain companies to look after the buildings on site, but very little actual work seems to have been carried out!

  The radiation leaks have certainly resulted in a huge amount of workers being inflicted with Cancers due to the radiation leaks from the old buildings of 50 years ago! When I say that these Cancers are not the usual type of cancer, also they are quite nasty in the way they react within the affected person's body, they are lethal in the way they react within the human body!

  Also as of now, even surgery does not seem to keep the tumour in check! Once the tumour starts to grow, you know the days are very short for the Patient concerned.

  There is no such thing, I know as a normal Carcinoma but by God the Cancers caused by radioactivity seem to be far the most lethal of tumours, Carcinoma's call it what you
will. All cancers are lethal but the ones started on this Site seem to be horrendous!

  Prof. I believe the Government is mounting a very large Cover-Up Operation, which we know includes the Old Bomb Factory Site in Cumberland, but I also believe that we now have a cover-up operation which covers Porton Down and Salisbury Plain!

  In fact that would fall into line with what that chap was talking about when he speaking

  down his sleeve! He was certainly speaking about Porton Down and if that was broken into we would be in one seriously dangerous situation, it would result in horrible deaths and more!

  Never forget that with Porton Down you have not only Chemical Warfare but you also have Biological Warfare. In fact just go with the flow, you really do not want to know what else is inside of Porton Down! Nor do you want to know about the various machines kept at Salisbury Plain! No seriously you do not want to know anything about either of them! Plus you never want to visit them!

  Professor Hall what are you intending to do about these leaks, are we just going to wait and see if anything will happen? Or shall I do the usual and start asking awkward questions and wait and see how they try and shut me up!

  Not sure which way the wind is blowing Millie at the moment! Blimey that must be a first for you, well I just have a feeling Millie that someone is concealing vital evidence but why I have no idea, if we could find out the “why” bit, we would know the whole story!

  Millie, think about Porton Down for a second, Porton Down is the Government's military science Park. At the opposite side from the Science Park you have Ministry of Defence Boscombe Down and they have erected danger area signs all around these buildings! There is also Public Health ,and Bioscience on the Site!

  Also nearby you have the chemical-biological-radiological-nuclear training facility known as CBRN Centre at Winterbourne Gunner! Never forget that Porton Down has been around since 1916!

  Along time to be active, and never forget it will not die! As you said before it is similar to the Site of the old Bomb Factory in Cumberland!
